This is an advanced training some previous shamanic experience working with journeying and having good connections with guides and allies is required.

This course is an opportunity to turn the light inward so we may expand our inner vision and draw together those ancient parts of ourselves and bring them into full focus. The Shaman that lives in our blood and was fully formed as we came into this earthly journey.

The only thing that stands between us accepting and living in harmony and grace with the Light and Dark essences of our being is the Shadow
Let us Dance into the Shadow part of ourselves together, seeking this place of potential wonder, magic and power.
We can dance away our fears and tremors and allow the elements of nature and wonder to enter and show us the magnificence of all that we are becoming.

On this course you will:
- Learn to accept the dark and the light sides of yourself as friends

During these five days you will have the opportunity to dance with your SHADOW on a journey of delightful discovery.
Spend time in nature to seek a better understanding of how these two powerful forces work together within the natural world.

Use the power of movement in trance dance to fully connect with your own dark and light guides.

Use breathwork, working with your breath in a way to turn everything upside down to see the wonder of how the dark and the light can work together.
- Mask making, enjoy the experience of making, painting and decorating your mask to acknowledge both sides of your nature
- De-programming existing patterns that no longer serve your blending process.
- Experience a Sweatlodge Ceremony to learn more about the JOY in your own heart
This gathering will finish with a Ceremony to acknowledge the blending.

Subtle change but important - just right for this point in my life
To start with I was unsure of what to expect, I didn't know how blending the Light and the Dark could help me. However, putting all the experiences together made for a remarkably powerful few days. Changes are manifesting.
Whilst making my partners mask I felt such an overwhelming sense of love and care, and I was aware that I was touching in a very gentle and tender manner, like I would a new born child. I thought that having a mask plastered onto my face would be a nasty experience, no sight, no voice, but I allowed myself to trust and was rewarded with a wonderfully profound experience.
I can't even begin to describe my feelings towards the Blending Ceremony, but it is a memory I will treasure forever, and I thank you from the very bottom of my heart.

It really was Light and Dark for me. On the Light side it was great to be in the group, hear such open sharings,the lovely grounds and in particular the mask making which was exquisite and amazing. The blindfold exercise was also really good fun - like the joy of being a slightly naughty child, again.
On the Dark side I felt great frustration as I faced some familiar demons. HOWEVER !!! In the next few days after the course I realised how much lighter I felt and that some deep things had shifted for me. It was a kind of cosmic joke for me which was fantastic.I really believe that this is true spiritual work on the cutting edge.
For me it makes sense to become comfortable feeling uncomfortable. And for me Joy did win through.
