PAST LIFE REGRESSION

You will be taken through a guided visualisation, to the moment when you will begin to experience the past life that is affecting you at this time. You can then explore that life, paying particular attention to the most relevant part of that life, the death, and the last thoughts, which may still be having an effect on this life.

Then as the spirit of that personality you can do all the healing that is necessary for that life. This will include healing physical wounds and illnesses, clearing denied and suppressed emotions and releasing decisions and vows that you may have made in or about that life. This is not done to bring that body back to life again, but to give you the healing that you need, to be able to see what that life experience has given you.

Howard is a Master Shiatsu Practitioner and is a Member of the Register of Shiatsu Practitioners.

He is also a Graduate Member of the Shiatsu Society

He trained with the European School of Shiatsu and did his initial Teacher training with them in 1990.

For the past 15 years he has been teaching Shiatsu and over this time has taught over 2000 students in various schools and colleges, including Thames Valley University and the University of Westminster.

Over the past 14 years he has been working within the NHS and Psychiatric Services as a Shiatsu practitioner and was amongst the first in his field to pioneer this work.

Sessions last approximately 1 hour
